From 1948 to 1959, Columbia Pictures released ninety short theatrical films produced by United Productions of America.  The first, Robin Hoodlum, starred Columbia’s cartoon duo, the Fox and the Crow.  Mr. Magoo appeared in fifty-three of the Columbia shorts.  The images below indicate some of the graphic invention that UPA employed in its entertainment cartoons.
